I am a former Real Estate Sales Manager, and I ​usually cater High end and Luxury projects.

I have handled a team of 5 people for 3 years.

I’ve been in Real Estate for 9 years, but I’ve been ​in the Sales Industry for 14 years.

I would like to expand and join in a new venture ​and use my skills and knowledge I have learned ​from my experience.

I am 38 years old and happily married for 4 years with 3 cute fur babies and I'm living in Los Baños Laguna, Philippines.

I love to travel and explore different places within and outside Philippines. Going to the beach and having adventures like hiking, trekking and spelunking are my favorites.

Since I love to visit places, editing my photos and videos is one of my hobbies which I enjoy doing.

Aside from I'm good at Sales and Marketing, I can use my skills of editing video and photos on doing my Marketing Ads materials.

2021-2024

Real Estate Sales Manager..

I conduct training for my team such as ​Sales Process, Digital Ads, Lead ​Generation on different platforms, ​Product Knowledge and Presentation.

I’ll make sure that my team is equipped ​and knowledgeable when they get ​onboard. I also provide them all the ​documents that they will be needing ​during our activities and closing a sale.

I also used to assist my team for client ​presentations until the deal is close, and ​guide them for after sales.

We also offer sponsorship and ​organized events to generate qualified ​leads. We also visit places to do nesting ​and saturation to find potential clients.

2015-2021

Real Estate Property Consultant

I do lead generation through cold ​callings, digital ads, saturation, nesting ​and booth manning.

I set appointment with the client for a ​presentation and as much as possible I ​invite them in our showroom or for a site ​trip of our project.

I also create emails for my clients and ​documentations before and after sales.

And I will never forget my first sale in real ​estate, because my old client from Hyundai ​trusted me again, and for now as his ​Property Consultant.

Car Sales Consultant

2013-2015

I work at Hyundai as a Sales Consultant for ​2 years.

This is where I learned to do cold calling. ​My previous manager provided me with a ​listing from different car dealers, then I’ll ​do the cold calling to update client of our ​promo.

We also do booth manning, nesting and ​saturations to generate leads.

This is where I enhanced communicating ​with different people, especially on high ​profile clients.

2009-2013

CRO Sales / Sales & Marketing

I started as a Customer Relation Officer and Sales / CRO Sales.

I assist clients with what motorcycle requirement they need.

I also do saturation and flyering to find a client.

I also do documentation of the clients information sheet, ​organizing them from approved, retracted and declined ​applications.

I also make reports, consolidating the clients information and ​status.

I was promoted also as a Sales & Marketing after 2 years.

I am in charge of the allocation of a marketing budget every ​month, rotation of a budget request to all the departments for ​approval, and I also do the auditing of the expenses of all our ​branches in the Philippines.

I also do the consolidation of the report of all the branches and ​coordination with the managers of each branch.

We also conduct a marketing plan and strategy every end of the ​month, and assist their concerns and request.
